The HIB System Plc – Working with Timber for 250 Years

The HIB System Plc originated from a traditional Black Forest timber works. We are still cutting and manufacturing our timber building materials from local Black Forest Fir trees. We are convinced that timber houses are going to be the key to developing the energy efficient houses of the future. By developing the HIB elements we can provide the base for a flexible and strong building system.

The HIB Systems Plc Head Office is based in Meissenheim in the Ortenau region of Germany. The global use of this system is coordinated from here. We are continuing to expand and develop a growing network of contacts and projects to which our products may be applied. It is our desire to reach the highest technological level, be industrially innovative and to find carefully thought through solutions which will provide a pleasant and healthy living environment.
